Waiting for Android to boot ...

The Upgrades page

The Upgrades page is everything the bot upgrades in your home village, and the order it goes in. A change is saved the moment you make it, and the top of the page says when; there is no Save button.

Your order or the game's

Buildings and heroes, research and pets each have an Order:

  • The game's suggestions - the bot takes the upgrades the game itself suggests, from the top of its list. This is how it starts.
  • Your list, then the game's - the bot takes the first upgrade on your list that you can afford. When nothing on your list is affordable, it takes the game's suggestion instead, so a free builder never sits waiting.

With your list chosen, Your list shows under it. Pick a name from the Add menu at its right to put it at the bottom. Drag the names into the order you want, or select one and use Move up and Move down; Remove takes one off. Going back to the game's suggestions keeps your list for later.

A name stands for every building of that kind: "Archer Tower" is whichever of your Archer Towers you can upgrade next. A new building counts by its name too. The names are the game's English ones.

The Log tells you what each choice was for: "Upgrades: Archer Queen - the first affordable one on your list", or "nothing on your list is affordable - taking the game's suggestion".

Buildings and heroes

Upgrade buildings

Keeps your builders busy. When a builder is free, the bot starts an upgrade you can afford, in the order you chose. Heroes are upgraded here too.

Keep builders free

How many builders to leave alone, so there is always one or two for you. Default: 0.

Skip the Town Hall

With this on, the bot never upgrades the Town Hall. Everything else is still fair game.

Build new buildings

When you can afford a building you have not placed yet, the bot places it where the game puts it and accepts it.

Research

Research

Whenever the Laboratory is free, the bot starts the research you can afford that comes first: the top of the game's list, or of yours.

Pets

Upgrade pets

Whenever the Pet House is free, the bot starts the pet upgrade you can afford that comes first: the top of the game's list, or of yours. Pet upgrades cost dark elixir, so this one starts switched off.

Helpers

Assign the helpers

A free Lab Assistant or Builder's Apprentice is put on the longest job running, and kept on it until that job is done.

Walls

Upgrade walls

Upgrades walls in batches once a storage is nearly full, so the resources go into walls instead of being lost to an attack. The bot pays from whichever storage is fullest, and starts with your lowest walls.

Start when a storage is at least (%)

How full a storage has to be before the bot starts on walls.

Spend down to (%)

How far the bot may spend that storage on walls before it stops.

Never upgraded

The bot never starts a Gear Up (a Cannon into a Double Cannon and the like) or an upgrade of the Crafting Station, whatever your list or the game suggests.

For which account?

When you play several accounts in turn, each has its own Upgrades settings and its own lists. The menu at the top right of the page says whose you are changing; see Accounts.

When two settings disagree

A setting that contradicts another is named at the top of the page in red, and nothing is saved until it is fixed.
